Part of the NJ Transportation multibillion dollar improvement program, NJ DOT executed many projects to improve pavement and driving conditions to support new jersey drivers. The project involved the following work on a total of 20-mile on route 287 northbound, route 287southbound, route 17 northbound, route 17 southbound, and ramps: Feasibility Studies, Design, approval, funding, procurement of steel, concrete, paving, Concrete Pouring and Steel.
Project Life Cycle consultancy – Diligene provided the below services:
DILIGENE’s responsibility included developing baseline schedule, preparing monthly CPM schedule updates following NJDOT’s scheduling specification, and developing mitigation plans and strategies for contractors. The responsibility also included producing written reports of project status and schedule reports generated from P6.
