Service Description:

Delta-Railroad A Joint Venture LLC. (“Delta”) entered a sub agreement with the Contractor, Maryland Transit Solutions (“MTS”), an unincorporated joint venture consisting of Dragados USA, Inc. and OHL USA, Inc. Delta will supply and install the rail tracks and related works. Delta engaged DILIGENE to provide scheduling, delay, and claim services for the track work.

Special Challenges:

Diligene took a detailed pieceby piece approach to analyzing and evaluating how reasonable the existingcritical path was, identifying potential risks or uncertainties that adverselyimpacted the project completion. In addition, Diligene, reviewed contractors’time impact analysis, change order management, and claims, including the reviewof contract documents, daily logs, project files and correspondence, shopdrawing and submittals logs, baseline CPM schedule and updates, etc., anddeveloping/analyzing fragnets for delay issues to determine the impact ofvarious issues on project completion. and claim services for the track work.
