Service Description:

DILIGENE team is working with Arcadis providing Billing Support Services to assist in generating and tracking customer and/or third-party invoices based on cost recovery agreements for specific projects. Also, to support the application of contractual terms as well as the collection invoiced and amounts due to NYPA.

These services involve managing project finances, ensuring accurate invoicing, resolving discrepancies, tracking payments, and providing financial reports. It also entails communication between project teams and accounting to keep billing information current and assist customers with financial schedules and adjustments.
