The responsibility includes developing cost-loaded baseline schedule, preparing monthly CPM cost-loaded schedule updates following the United States Army Corps of Engineers’ scheduling specification, developing mitigation plans and strategies for contractors, performing time impact analysis, and preparing fragnet schedules for change orders. The responsibility also includes producing written reports of project status and schedule reports generated from P6.
